Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online gaming carries real financial risk. Some players develop unhealthy habits—spending beyond their means, chasing losses, or gaming at the expense of work, family, or health. aeb67 operates in Bangladesh with a clear responsibility: we want you to play smart, within your limits, for fun only.

Responsible gaming is not about stopping you from playing. It's about giving you control: setting budgets, recognizing warning signs, and knowing where to turn if gaming becomes a problem. At aeb67, we believe informed players make safer choices.

aeb67 Control Tools

Your aeb67 account comes with built-in safety features. You control them from your Account Settings:

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once you reach your limit, you cannot deposit more until the period resets. This prevents impulsive top-ups and keeps your spending predictable.

Loss Limit

Choose a maximum loss amount per day or week. If your losses reach that threshold, your account locks for the rest of the period—no further play until it expires. You must choose this limit yourself; aeb67 does not set one for you by default.

Session Time-Out

Take a break: set your account to auto-log out after 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours of inactivity. Useful if you want to step away without forgetting to log out.

Reality Check Reminder

aeb67 sends you a pop-up every 60 minutes of active play showing your session time and money spent. A moment to pause and decide if you want to continue.

Set limits NOW. The moment you create your aeb67 account, visit Responsible Gaming in Settings and activate at least one limit. It takes 2 minutes and can prevent serious harm.

Self-Exclusion & Account Closure

Temporary Self-Exclusion

Need a break? Self-exclude for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. During this period, your aeb67 account is locked. You cannot log in, deposit, or play. No deposits or withdrawals are processed. After your exclusion ends, your account reactivates automatically—but you can extend it anytime.

Permanent Account Closure

If you decide gaming is no longer for you, request permanent closure. aeb67 will close your account, block all login attempts, and hold your funds for 30 days (for withdrawal requests). After 30 days without a request, funds may be retained per our terms. Permanent closure cannot be reversed.

How to Self-Exclude

  1. Log in to your aeb67 account.
  2. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming.
  3. Select your self-exclusion period or choose permanent closure.
  4. Confirm your decision (you will receive an email confirmation).
  5. Your exclusion begins immediately.

If you cannot log in or need immediate help, contact our support team at [email protected] or use the Live Chat (24/7). We can process self-exclusion over the phone to ensure it takes effect right away.

Warning Signs of Problem Gaming

Problem gambling often starts quietly. Recognize these red flags in yourself or a loved one:

  • Spending more than planned: You intended to play for 30 minutes or spend ৳1,000, but ended up gaming for hours or losing ৳5,000.
  • Chasing losses: After losing money, you immediately deposit more to "win it back." This rarely works and usually makes losses worse.
  • Gaming to escape: You play to forget stress, anxiety, sadness, or problems at work or home—not for entertainment.
  • Neglecting responsibilities: Gaming takes time away from family, work, studies, or health. Bills go unpaid or sleep suffers.
  • Borrowing to play: You ask friends or family for loans, use credit you can't repay, or borrow from informal lenders—all to fund gaming.
  • Hiding your play: You lie to family about how much time or money you spend gaming.
  • Withdrawal symptoms: When you try to stop, you feel irritable, anxious, or restless.
  • Failed attempts to quit: You've tried to cut back or stop, but keep returning to aeb67 or other gaming sites.

If any of these apply to you, seek help immediately. Problem gambling is treatable, and resources exist in Bangladesh.
